Saint Paul's Episcopal Church of Watertown, Wisconsin Baseball anyone? Miller Park, I wonder who that is named for? Are we having fun yet?  These guys are scary!!!!!!!! Now there's a fan! And we all had a wonderful day! It's picnic time again, and it was a great day for a pool. It was a day for the pool, or shade, and we enjoyed both. Cooling in the shade? Now that looks refreshing!  The 2010 Holiday Bazaar.  What a display, and what a great success! I think I would like to buy the display! Looks inviting, (except for the "let it snow" signs.) Makes you want to decorate?! 150th Anniversary of the Church Building! 150 years ago, this worship space was built and consecrated.  That's an event that we absolutely must celebrate in 1860's style! I don't think any of them look 150! The Immanuel Lutheran mens Choir sang some selections from the period. Here's a group gathered in front of a buggy, the main transportation of the day (for the more well to do).  Most people would have walked. Marc and Sarah enjoying the day! Yup, it's 1860!  Perfect Costume! Chuck and Deb really got into the spirit! Cathy and Juliet posing in the buggy. And to make the day complete, Bishop Miller joined in the celebration and presided over a 1789 liturgy. It's summer and that means we must take some time to relax, enjoy, and refresh!  Here's how! And this time with our strolling minstrel! Be sociable. Burn off some energy! And what's a gathering with out sharing a great meal? And we must thank the chef!  Is that a real chef's hat??? If you want to know your scripture, visit the originals! At least the closest thing we have to originals. (You can tell by the background that we were in Qumran at the time.) It truly was amazing to see documents that were around when Jesus walked the Holy Land. Easter - Joy in so many ways!! A special place to worship. Special fun for the kids.      Where did all those eggs go?        Hey Mom, look what we found!!      It was a wonderful day for all. St. Paul's was blessed to have the opportunity to host the Yale Spizzwinks.  A wonderful a Capella group of students from Yale University. By the way, Who won? How about a sledding party?       Getting Ready!! Of course then back to the church for food and more games!!! And finally the long awaited day, Christmas Eve.  A wonderful chaos of conversation, food, fun and worship!! Our newest engineers? Food friends and family. The best combination for a celebration. The Jessie Tree service!  Once again we learn from the kids the power and love of God. Then we decorate a tree in the Guild Hall preparing for Christmas. Advent means Concerts, and we began with the Euterpe concert.
